LA Men's glee club

WHO WE ARE:
L.A. Men's Glee Club celebrated its 20th anniversary last year. At the that time, the group had only five members. Membership has since grown to twenty after various performances at Japanese senior facilities and events. All members participate in a weekly practice two-hour practice session and continue to work their hardest.
In October 2018, the LA Men’s Glee Club has also welcomed a new, young conductor, Yasumichi Ichikawa sensei. Vocalization practice led by Ichikawa sensei emphasizes the health benefits of abdominal breathing. Also, the piano accompanist has recently welcomed a new, young pianist, Thomas. With these recent additions, the LA Men's Glee Club continues to grow in many ways.

OUR OBJECTIVE:
The LA Men's Glee Club's objective is to enjoy the harmony of men's chorus, to promote mutual friendship among the members, and to contribute to the regional community socially and culturally through choral activities.
We have performed in the following locations:
  • Gardena
  • Boyle Heights
  • Alreta
  • Faith United Methodist Church
  • Gospel Venture International Church
  • Peninsula Community Church
