Mel’s Ukulele Picking Class Thursdays, 6pm – 8pm Mel’s Ukulele Picking Class is designed for ukulele players of all levels. The only prerequisite is that the students must have learned the basics of playing the ukulele—strumming and the basic chords. The students learn the basic concepts of Mel’s approach, the drills or exercises to prepare the fingers for picking, and with each new song, everyone begins at the same place regardless of the different levels of prior instruction.
